This course will prepare and certify agents to sell Long Term Care Insurance in California. This course is also the pre-requisite course for the California Partnership for Long-Term Care Class. This course is eligible for 8-hours of CE and 8-hours of CFP credit.
This course is specifically designed, in compliance with California SB1943, SB1052, SB527, AB1483, SB1537, SB870, SB475, SB898, SB2111, SB1178, SB966, SB587, SB662, SB455, SB1613, SB483, AB999 and SB200 for insurance agents, financial planning professionals, attorneys, CPAs and other professionals to provide an in-depth analysis of information and issues surrounding long-term care.
What does it mean? The problems, alternatives, solutions, CA state regulations and available state, federal and private sector resources. This course will provide the student with a solid, in depth, understanding of Long-Term Care and Long-Term Care insurance in the State of California.
Refund/Cancellation Policy: A 72-hour verbal or written cancellation notice is required for a full refund of the class fee.
In the event that you cannot attend the class after the 72-hour mark you will receive a “credit” with us which may be applied towards the cost of any of our classes in the future. Credits are valid for 12-months.
If you would like to re-schedule your class to another date, simply call us and we will change your registration for you. There is no charge to reschedule your class.
