Charles Schug, a graduate from San Diego State University, entered the insurance business in 1976 with Liberty National Life Insurance. In 1980, he signed on as a career agent with Guarantee Mutual Life Co. selling life, health and disability income insurance.
After a short exposure to personal lines, he began marketing Long Term Care Insurance in 1991 and became a LTC Marketing Manager with M & O Marketing, Inc. After achieving a Direct Writing General Agents contract with CNA, Charles, changed his insurance practice to marketing Long-Term Care exclusively in 1994.
An instructor for Senior Insurance Training, Inc. Charles teaches long term care insurance continuing education courses and is a frequent speaker on Long Term Care topics to insurance agents, professional and civic groups.
